To report a concern:

1. Complete the form above or contact the appropriate department supervisor listed on this page.
2. Reports are reviewed by the relevant leadership staff.
3. Concerns involving child safety are investigated promptly and thoroughly, following internal policies and reporting laws when applicable.
4. The YMCA will communicate with the reporting party, when contact information is provided, to share follow-up steps as appropriate.
5. Anonymous concerns are reviewed and acted upon to the best of our ability.
