Gifts to the Becky Wisted Dream Maker scholarship program provide full scholarships for local youth and families to access YMCA memberships and programs. Through partnerships with local schools and youth-serving organizations, we help connect families with opportunities to build confidence, make friends, stay healthy, and experience a sense of belonging.
Ways To Give
There are many ways to give to the Becky Wisted Dream Maker Campaign including:
- Check, cash, or debit or credit card*
- In-kind donations of appreciated stock**
- IRA charitable donations to suffice your Required Minimum Donation**
- Name the Winona Family YMCA as beneficiary of your life insurance policies, Trusts, Investments accounts, or as a bequest in your Will
- Real Estate
- In-kind donations
*The YMCA is charged a 3% processing fee for all debit or credit card donations.

Honoring Becky Wisted
This scholarship program was renamed in 2026 to celebrate the retirement and extraordinary service of Becky Wisted, beloved Child Watch Coordinator. For more than 24 years, Becky was a true champion of our Y mission, showing incredible dedication and service in everything she did. Her commitment to serving families and her belief in the Y's mission touched countless lives. Becky believed the Y is a place where everyone should feel safe, supported, and valued. May we continue that work in her honor. We love you, Miss Becky!
